Jan. 20, 2010, Wed. – Ethics and the REALTOR®, 3.5 CE hours. Cost $50.00. This class covers your COE Requirement for this Quadrennial.

March 31, 2010, Wed. – Flips, Fraud and Foreclosures, 3.5 hours. Cost $50.00

April 7, 2010, Wed. – Elective Residential Focus Course for New Licensees, (anyone who was licensed Dec. 2007 forward is required to take this class per PA License Commission). 7 CE hours. Cost $75.00 (no lunch).

April 22, 2010, Wed. – Mandatory Core Cont. Ed. Course for New Licensees, (anyone who was licensed Dec. 2007 forward is required to take this class per PA License Commission). 7 CE hours. Cost $75.00, no lunch provided.
